Hola, Joy Squad! 👋😄
How are you all? I pray for your well being and success.🙂🙏
3 months of being stuck at home(due to the pandemic) naturally brings in a lot of realizations and puts a lot in perspective. I’ve been reassessing my actions, reprocessing my beliefs… Basically, just rethinking a ton. Hope you didn’t fall asleep due to boredom.😂😅 Today, I’ll share them with you all. ⬇
Rethink your judgements,
Can there be abject sadness behind the apparently baseless anger of your friend?
Can the person who appears to be rude be suffering from social anxiety and just trying to avoid conversation?
Is your friend who is ignoring you too afraid to ask for help?
As my friend told me:
A lonely person smiles the most and a sad person shouts the most.
Rethink your speech,
Do you really mean all the hateful words you want to utter just in the heat of the moment?
Can your "light hearted" sarcasm hurt someone else's feelings?
Are you even conscious of the consequences of your words?
Be sure to taste your words before you let them out. -Anonymous
Rethink your failures,
Is there scope for betterment?
Did you do your level best?
If yes, then, give yourself a pat on the shoulder and smile.
If no,then, get up! You have a chance to give a smarter, wiser and greater attempt!
Success is stumbling from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm.-Winston Churchill
Rethink your grievances,
Aren't you enjoying the privileges many impoverished people just dream of?
Is there not one person who loves you? Your parent/family member/friend or the Almighty who created you?
Are you infallible? Did you never go wrong?
Then why hate people for their mistakes?
Rethink your anxiety,
Were there no hard times earlier?
Did good times not return?
Can you control the circumstances?
If yes,then work-
If no,then what's the point of worrying?
Is it all even worth poisoning your mind and body into the incessant pain?
The past cannot be altered, the future cannot be fashioned, the only thing in our power is living the present.
The very gist of this pretty raw post to not jump to conclusions. Take a moment with your inner self, your conscience and rethink. Is there a better way to deal with the problem, a more decent manner to express your opinion, an unknown scenario behind the other person’s unkind behavior??Weigh the consequences of your actions and then act.♾
It just takes a few minutes of rethinking to prevent the regrets and remorse of a lifetime. And makes the world a happier place altogether. 🌈💜
Do you agree with me? Have you had a similar experience where you misunderstood someone or something you regret saying? LET ME KNOW IN THE COMMENTS!💬⬇
