May you inhale the aroma of memories, 
Those long lost yet ever so sweet.
May you get a whiff of the sunny

Even when today seems so dull
and dead.
May you taste all the delicacies
served on this platter called life,
Although you and luck are always
in a strife.


May the fire of dedication light
up your eyes again,
Even if with every passing second,

brain.

  1. Reframe situations. When some people confront difficulties, they tend to only view the negative aspects of the situation. Also, they consider these aspects unchangeable. To reframe a difficult situation, search for any positive aspects or silver linings. Is there anything you can learn from the situation? Is there anything you can teach to others about the situation, after you resolve it?
