Although I’m not a day scholar, it’s pretty close to that with how often I run home. Being away isn’t exactly conducive to my health anyways which is why I was filled with trepidation at the journey awaiting me with the sun shining overhead in all its cruel summer glory. Excusing myself from a society farewell, I rushed to catch my train despite the fatigue and general sense of sickness I felt.

Gazing fondly at the nocturnal skyline,
I spot a constellation of our memories together.
The dead silence seems to speak volumes about things we never said, but were heard nevertheless.
